General configurations are:
• Set up the Application mode (mini-SCADA or Remote HMI)
• Set up the Auto connection mode (only if using Remote HMI mode)
• Network settings (IP Address / Subnet Mask)
• Brightness of the display

Change auto connection / application mode:

mini-SCADA mode
• »Activate mini-SCADA«: If this checkbox is selected, the easYview will operate in the
• mini-SCADA mode and after each boot up the easYview will start up with mini-SCADA start screen.

Remote HMI mode
• »To device list«: If this checkbox is selected the easYview will operate in Remote HMI•
mode without Auto Connection and after each boot up or connection lost it will show
the MULTICAST view (no auto connection).
• »To first device in list«: If this checkbox is selected the easYview will operate in
• Remote HMI mode with Auto Connection and after each boot up or connection lost it will connect automatically, after the delay time, to the device that is at the first position in the MULTICAST screen. The available devices in the MULTICASE screen are sorted by the device name. After connection is established the BASE screen will be shown.
• »To last connected device«: If this checkbox is selected the easYview will operate in

•Remote HMI mode with Auto Connection and after each boot up or connection lost it will connect automatically, after the delay time, to the device that was connected before rebooting. After connection is established the BASE screen will be shown.
